Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking will be active within 24–48 hours.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item. We are not responsible for packages lost after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
